Tuyen Quang’s economy grows by 6.83% in the first nine months of 2025

According to the report of the Provincial People’s Committee, the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Tuyen Quang in the first nine months of 2025 is estimated to have increased by 6.83% compared to the same period in 2024. By sector, agriculture, forestry, and fishery grew by 5.17%; industry and construction by 6.03%; services by 8.38%; and taxes and product subsidies by 4.89%.

Trade promotion activities help boost the consumption of the province’s key products, contributing to economic growth.

Despite numerous challenges, the province has directed all levels and sectors to implement comprehensive and coordinated solutions to fulfill socio-economic development tasks and stimulate economic growth in line with Government Resolutions No. 154/NQ-CP (May 31, 2025) and No. 226/NQ-CP (August 5, 2025). The Provincial People’s Committee issued various resolutions, decisions, and plans to allocate socio-economic targets for 2025, focusing on flexible and synchronized implementation of economic, social, defense, and security tasks across all areas of life.

The province has accelerated public investment disbursement and removed obstacles for projects, especially key transportation works. It has also concentrated on developing production and business, promoting trade and tourism, and attracting investment. Efforts have been made to strengthen budget revenue and expenditure management and to enhance administrative reform through the “69 Days and Nights” campaign, which standardizes administrative procedures and establishes electronic processing aligned with the two-tier local government model. At the same time, the province has actively prevented epidemics and natural disasters, ensured food safety, and maintained the quality of education for the 2025–2026 school year.

These comprehensive measures have made a significant contribution to Tuyen Quang’s economic performance during the first nine months of 2025.

From now until the end of the year, the province will continue to implement directives from the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee to promote socio-economic development and growth in line with the Government’s resolutions. Tuyen Quang strives to achieve a GRDP growth rate of 8.61% for 2025.

In addition, the province will effectively carry out the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure, along with the Resolutions of the Provincial People’s Council, the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2025, and the Plan for Economic Growth Objectives after the provincial merger, ensuring steady progress toward sustainable, inclusive, and resilient development.
