New vitality, new determination

A vibrant atmosphere of emulation is spreading across agencies, units, and localities in Tuyen Quang province, in celebration of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

On the construction site of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway, the atmosphere is filled with enthusiasm and urgency. The contractor reported that many items such as bridges, culverts, and underpasses have been completed over 90%, with asphalt paving scheduled for mid-October. This represents the collective effort of workers, engineers, and staff dedicated to welcoming the Provincial Party Congress.

At the Cao Ngoi irrigation reservoir project in Truong Sinh commune, work teams are operating “three shifts, four crews” to speed up construction. The main dam has reached 85% completion and is expected to be finished before the Congress.

The emulation movement is also spreading strongly in production and business. At the Chiem Hoa industrial plywood factory of Woodsland Tuyen Quang Joint Stock Company, the goal of raising productivity by 15% over the previous month was set, supported by practical measures such as on-the-spot rewards, skill training, and improved working conditions. As a result, workers’ morale and efficiency have increased significantly.

In state agencies, numerous contests for initiatives and innovations have been launched, encouraging civil servants and public employees to find new approaches, improve effectiveness, and better serve the people under the two-tier government model.

At the 3rd Conference of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on September 12, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Leng emphasized the need for departments, sectors, and localities to step up communication efforts, launch meaningful emulation movements, and create a lively atmosphere. He described this as an extensive political activity that will contribute to the success of the Congress.

The images of diligent workers and engineers on construction sites, farmers tending tea gardens, rice fields, and maize terraces, as well as dedicated civil servants in their offices, all reflect the determination and aspirations of Tuyen Quang’s people. With solidarity and the achievements already made, the province is set to move forward firmly, aiming for rapid and sustainable development and contributing to the shared prosperity of the nation.
